residencia La Alhambra is a four-bedroom family home set on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by pine trees within a private residential circuit. from the beginning, the goal was to create a house that felt open, bright, and comfortable, with generous spaces and tall ceilings that connect naturally to its surroundings.

the highlight of the project is the spiral staircase in the foyer. it was the most challenging element to design and build, but also the most rewarding. as both a functional and sculptural piece, it welcomes you into the home and becomes a defining feature of the façade through a large vertical window.

this project reflects our general approach to residential design: clear ideas, strong architectural moments, and spaces designed to be lived in and enjoyed.
