residencia El Pedregal is a luxury residential project located in the well-known El Pedregal neighborhood in San Pedro Sula. originally planned as mirror townhouses, the project evolved through close collaboration with the owner into a more open and dynamic home.

together, the design was adapted to include a lateral social area and private yard, allowing the architecture to fully open toward outdoor living and daily family life. this transformation brought out the strongest qualities of the design and the site.

to this day, the project stands as one of our most rewarding architect–client collaborations, defined by trust, flexibility, and a shared vision.
