TIGO Mall Premier

this project involved adapting a small commercial space at Mall Premier, a low-income shopping mall in Tegucigalpa, for the telecommunications company TIGO. the design had to follow strict brand guidelines while responding to the realities of a compact footprint and a high-traffic retail environment.

beyond layout and finishes, security was a key priority for the client and investing partners. the project required careful coordination of technical requirements, access control, and visibility, ensuring the space was both functional for daily operations and secure for staff and equipment.
