plaza copacabana

Plaza Copacabana was developed as an early design proposal in collaboration with an engineer (fellow entrepreneur). the project envisioned a neighborhood shopping center made up of 27 individual commercial units, with front-facing parking and a central food court supported by a dedicated service area.

urban regulations pushed us to think carefully about layout and circulation, while the length of the building required a strong façade strategy to avoid a flat or repetitive appearance. through articulation, rhythm, and variation in façade elements, the design aimed to give the project identity and visual presence along the street.

this project reflects our approach to commercial design: problem-solving within real constraints while creating spaces that are functional, flexible, and engaging.
